Welcome



Welcome! Not sure how you found my blog, but here I am, trying to put something together. Or, as the title suggests, trying to keep it together. Working full time and being a mom have taken its toll on me. All I want to do is sleep. But, obviously, that's not the best answer. So, for this year, 2012, some friends and I have decided to do a Diva Dash. The great thing about this is that it is for women only, so it forces us to prepare for the race AND we get a girls' weekend out of it, too! What could be more motivating than that?

So, in my training, I am going to do the Couch to 5K running plan and also try to fit in some classes at the gym. In addition, I'm going to try to eat healthier and try some new, healthy recipes. I will post my C25k progress (to keep my in line) and also some of the recipes that I try and also give my opinion. I may also give some opinions on some of the too many TV shows I watch. Basically, this is my online diary that I don't really expect anyone to read. Besides, I'm not a writer, so my posts will be short, but is that so bad?
